Gems that can’t be boxed into one theme or genre; gems that can be as inspiring as Shounen is without the exaggeration; gems that be thought provoking without the need to be overly dramatic or have an extreme context; gems that can transcend ages, demographics and even preferences of topics.  I found a gem: Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu.
